RoomStack Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

RoomStack ("the App," "we," "us") is a home inventory app. This policy explains — plainly, because there isn't much to explain — what happens to your data when you use it.

THE SHORT VERSION

RoomStack doesn't collect anything. There are no user accounts, no servers, no analytics that read your content, and no third parties with access to what you store. Everything you create lives on your device, and — only if you choose to turn it on — in your own personal iCloud.

WHAT YOU PUT INTO ROOMSTACK

When you use the App, you may create properties and rooms you name yourself, item photos you take or choose, item details you enter, and backup files, PDF reports, and CSV exports you generate. We refer to all of this as "Your Content." Your Content belongs to you. We never see it, access it, or have any way to retrieve it — RoomStack has no backend to send it to.

WHERE YOUR CONTENT IS STORED

PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR, AND WHY

PURCHASES

RoomStack Pro is an optional, one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, see, or store your payment details.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

RoomStack is not directed at children and is not designed to collect information from anyone, of any age.

THIRD PARTIES

RoomStack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. The only third party involved is Apple, through iCloud (if enabled) and the App Store.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and the copy in the App under Settings → Privacy Policy.
